1. How long does shipping take?
South Africa: 7–14 business days
International Orders: 14–31 business days
We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and courier services in your region.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible.
You can track your package by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your tracking number.
3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! EliteBay ships worldwide. Please note that international shipping may take 14–31 business days and may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country
5. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You’ll see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

8. Do I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
